Yeah, he was on the verge being the next Jason Biggs if he didn't get a role like this.

he was awesome as ''Donnie'' in the Simpsons. (thats the last I heard of him)

Matthew McConaughey
Anne Hathaway
Jessica Chastain
Michael Caine
John Lithgow
Ellen Burstyn
Casey Affleck
Topher Grace
Bill Irwin
Mackenzie Foy
Timothee Chalamet

^ That's a cast if I've ever seen one. :wow:

And it doesn't seem any more eyebrow-raising than having a mix-up like Ellen Page and Joseph Gordon-Levitt co-starring with Leonardo DiCaprio and Ken Watanabe. And Marion Cotillard. And Tom Hardy. That's a much funkier cast than this one.

I'm very happy that Grace is in this film. He needs this. Plus, yeah, he was one few good things about Spider-Man 3, despite there being so little of him.

Grace is McConaughey's son?

Topher's awesome and he should've been Peter in Raimi's trilogy. And he was the heart and sould of an already great and often overlooked movie (Take Me Home tonight).

The casting continues to impress me.

I can't help but feel we're all overestimating Topher's prominence in the film. I feel like Nolan's gonna break my heart again, just like he did with Lukas Haas and Juno Temple. :(

Possible. He will make some solemn faces and then be killed off.

If he's playing who I think he is, it's going to be one small role. Juno Temple's role in TDKR is a good comparison.

He will ask Jesus to kill Mathew Mcconaughey's character for no reason and then an alien will descend from the roof and kill him off.

'Murica!

Lithgow in a Nolan film...Let that sink in a bit

An all 'MURICA cast.

(Apart from Michael Caine of course.)

Can you even recall the last cast like that? Well, Avengers to an extent. I'm sure Nolan has reasons for casting who he did for this one in particular though.
