Well, Nolan has a 3rd Rock From the Sun actor in the film.

Burstyn - Old Murph or Murph's great, great granddaughter
Timothee - older son of Cooper
Twilight kid (can't remember her name) - young Murph

McConaughey - Cooper
Hathaway - Brand
Chastain - Murph
Affleck - Doyle? Roth? CASE? TARS?

I think it's possible that Nolan might've made Roth and Doyle in one character so it's a 3 man expedition with Brand, Cooper and RothDoyle. I'm most intrigue with what he'll do with CASE and TARS. Get big actors for the voices or will they be human looking like David in Prometheus? Or are they gone from the story altogether?

I think Nolan will go for the robot looks (and maybe voiced by awesome people) but I don't mind either way.
