Comics Can Kal-El and Kal-L coexist peacefully?

    You'd hope that OS (old supes) would be a little less judgemental and more tolerant of YS (young supes). YS needs to lay off the angst and trust his instincts more. They should have a friendly relationship in my mind.

    In the original "Crisis" Kal-L refers to Kal-El as "The greatest of all Heroes" or something to that effect. He obviously has a ton of respect for him. I'm sure they could co-exist. By DC doesn't have room for 2 Superman(men) so I'm sure they'll write Kal-L out sooner or later.

    But, dude...ette, that was all just a plot point, and now that that plot point has served its purpose, we can see they get along quite well.

    Obviously however, DC would never allow them to exist in one universe together for long. Not that that's particularly a bad thing.

    They could co exist easily, but DC would never have the balls to do it.
