damn that looks familiar. i believe the artist was the artist on one of th ebatman books after no mans land wrapped up. but thats not where that pic is from, because they got rid of the yellow oval from the chest logo after no mans land.

it was a japanese graphic novel, I remember that...the cover had him looking exactly like the tim burton batman...cant remember the name of it for the life of me though.

That's not it, That was called Child of Dreams and it was all in black and white. I believe that image is from an issue of Shadow of the Bat from the time period right after the 'Prodigal' arc. The costume got darker and Bats lost the outside underwear.

yeah, i think it was the shadow of the bat issues that had him in all black.

but after very little research, the artist i was thinking of is Shawn Martinbrough, not sure if thats the same artist as above though.

Preciate the help fellas. I read Troika. DAMMIT though! That all black **** SOOOOO worked!! The only thing wrong with it was the cape and cowl were a little blue. I wish they'd give it a second chance in the comics. Dammit. He looked so much more menacing and creepy.
