It was around the time of xena and hercules. The show was about Two asian brothers coming from their homeland to america to start a new life. Later during the show the younger brother becomes some kinda kingpin and dies..only to come back as a "spirit adviser" to his older brother. Also there was a black/ asian guy on the show....fuqah jackson/ johnson....grrr
