Yeah the good ol' Dr. Conners will definitly make an appearance of some sort, but not as the Lizard(never know until the film comes out) but I don't know about Beck... we know that Dr. Conners is in it because on one of the blog videos(in the Offical Spider-Man 3 Site) there is proof that Conners is in it.
Yeah, me too. But somewhere(I think it was on the 2-Disc Special Edition of Spider-Man 2) I remember that Sam Raimi(the director of the Spider-Man franchise so far) said something like this: "...we want to keep the movie fresh with new plots and stories and characters...". So maybe there is a possiblity that there will be a new villain/alter ego in Spider-Man 3.
Yeah, I think that they should introduce a new villain alter ego before the next film just to get to know a little more about the character who will be playing the villain in the next film.

yeah, but his appearance in spidey3 is more of a guide to harry than a cameo but i guess you can call him a cameo.
