Thanks Pink Ranger.
"I didn't see him fire any shots, but I saw the sergeant-at-arms re-enter his office and reload before heading back out."
The globe and mail footage is pretty crazy.
Sergeant at Arms Kevin Vickers possibly prevented a terrible outrage and a serious blow to the Anglosphere. If he isn't given a medal, medals don't mean anything.
I hope our soldiers wipe these a-holes out, one by one.
So are there European/NA converts to Islam that don't convert for extremist reasons?
So the first I heard of this today was when I was doing surveys at my job when I called a woman to remind her to send it back when she picked up the phone and screamed "Someone got shot on Parliament! ISIS IS HERE!" then slammed the phone down in my ear. Then they turned the news on in front of us so I got to watch coverage of it for the last four hours or so.![]()
Obviously. Otherwise we would have a terrorist attack every hour. It's just the violent minority is very violent and loud.
I think it is currently particularly salient, while Islam is often (unfairly) seen as synonymous with terrorist ideology. What would draw converts to it at the moment? Some may have searched deeply for its true, peaceful message. Others are likely to see it as a means of striking back at a society in which they have failed.
