2. It's not rocket science. You asked for a way to prevent cancer, and I gave you one = question answered, reguardless if you liked the answer or not.

The things that sucks about AIDS/HIV however is that although it seems preventable in many first world countries...thats not so much the case in third world countries. For instance, in African countries lots of people have AIDS/HIV and its because their government sucks and does nothing to promote prevention...hence, the millions of african babies born with AIDs every year.

But these "Third World Governments" could still prevent if they wanted to or invested the time to. Plus there is no guarantee they would administer the Aids/HIV cure if one was created since they have done almost nothing to prevent it.

That isn't the only preventative measure to Cancer, genetically, yes, but not all forms of cancer.

Cause it's not like there's a stigma attached to HIV that doesn't exist with cancer.

Sad thing is that there are babies that are born to HIV positive mother's that don't have the disease and wind up getting it later beause of where they fall on the poverty line.

Well counting the rape victim and the possibly HIV infected child that might come with it, I'd say the numbers vary.
