Any plans?
Remember the last years thread, was good.

Candy you say? I wanna get diabetes until I lose a foot!

Well, I plan on going to work on Halloween because that's when I'm scheduled to work. It kind of makes me sad because I can't dress up as the perfect narcoleptic this Halloween.

P.S. I'm getting just a tad bit too old for this Halloween silliness. :p

I will definitely be celebrating Halloween over the weekend, but I'm not taking off from work that Monday (even though it's my birthday :csad:). I'm already taking a day off that week for the Jay-Z/Kanye concert, and it's not like anything will be going on that day anyways.

I keep debating on what I'd like to do to celebrate, as well as what to be. I was thinking of dressing up like a Barbie doll...that would be an easy/fun homemade costume. If I can get a group of friends to agree to do it, it would also be fun to dress up as Candyland characters. There's too many things I want to be!

I plan to just give out candy to all the hobgoblins.

October-December are my favourite parts of the year

I love the pageantry when it comes to Halloween. It's my favorite holiday. Unfortunately, my sweet tooth needed a root canal so I won't eat candy
anymore. Unless it's m&ms

Almost done, still work in progress. Finished the paint yesterday:

and I thought this costume would be funny especially for this year. When the mask first arrived it was all folded up/creased/dented/crushed. Had a lot of work to do on it, but I'm pleased with the result.

Love it, but whats the vehicle?

Halloween has kinda been just another day for me for the past few years. I honestly can't remember the last time I wore a costume.

I wish I could still trick-or-treat!

My son has decided on Scooby Doo... and amazingly his costume from 2 years ago still fits.

I haven't quite decided yet, but I'm considering Spider-Woman. Not Jessica Drew, but the later incarnation of Julia Carpenter... The problem is, where to aquire the costume and how much will it cost???

I can still trick or treat. I'm 4'11", so as long as I have a mask, my son gets twice the candy. :woot: I'm going as Sam from Trick 'r Treat this year. I just made the lollipop out of acrylic. Still have to stain/paint it and the stick. I started on a papier-mache head to wrap the burlap around. I'll post pics of progress when I get a chance.

For some reason, I hate October because its like the weather suddenly gets colder and the sky is almost always cloudy and it just depresses me.

I am the complete opposite...i love the seasonal changes.....there is only so much warm/hot months i can take.

It's funny because when its the middle of the summer, I really look forward to the holiday season, but during the winter, I can never wait for the summer to arrive. But my favorite time of the year is definitely Spring. It's like the Fall only opposite in that the weather is getting warmer and things feel new again.

I don't have any plans for the day of Halloween, but I have been invited to a few parties for the weeks before. That being said, I plan to dress as Beetlejuice dressed as Alec Baldwin's character... from Beetlejuice.

I'm torn between going as a bro and as Raoul Duke. I feel like Duke would be a bit more relevant and I already have the costume parts. To be a bro, though, all I'd have to do is raid my brother's wardrobe and find a place that sells Livestrong bracelets.

I'm just going to party with a couple of friends, costumes optional.

I'm going to a halloween party , no idea what to wear though...

Anyone going to Halloween horror nights , I've always wanted to check it out.

Halloween is like Christmas to me, you hear me? CHRISTMAS!
