The gist of this is now any third party can come in and buy majority shares and takeover the company. Not sure how I feel about this. It would be a sad day if Capcom became a subsidiary of Activision, EA, Square-Enix, Ubisoft, etc....but they really havent had their stuff together in quite some time. Maybe they need an American company to swoop in and whip them into shape so to speak.
