Or, it´s something stupid to be announced with Microsoft like.....A MULTIPLATFORM GAME (coff...Lost Planet 2....coff)

3rd speculation....the Natal game.
Capcom already said that they are working on a game for Natal, it will not use Natal as a gimmick (my best guess is it will be 100% motion control) and it´s not a new Ip, but the return of an oldie.
But that doesn´t make much sense to be announced at this point.

Another thought...this showed up on the Japanese Xbox site. Maybe it's an exclusive Monster Hunter game. They love Monster Hunter over there. It's crazy popular. And if anything could give Microsoft a sales boost over there, that would probably be it.

It's legit, but probably not what was expected. Apparently the Monster Hunter game is a port of a PC release from '07, very online heavy. Also, Gears character in Lost Planet 2 (It wasn't clarified to what degree, but I think it's safe to assume probably skins), date for Super Street Fighter IV and Dead Rising 2 was kind of hanging out.

Lol. That is a big let down to some of my hardcore 360 friends. They were expecting something a bit bigger being announced. And you have to pay an additional $15 a month for MH which is already on the PC and costs the same? Wow.

So don't use the skins. Problem solved, and look, it wasn't even that tough of a problem.

And if they aren't just skins(which is unlikely) and it bothers you that much, don't play the game. Again, catastrophe averted.

So, it´s safe to say that, when Capcom and Microsoft announce something, it´s always crap.
It all started with the announcement of LP2 on the Xbox, which was ridiculous, not because it was LP2, but because it´s multiplatform.

Now...

- Gears of War skins......who cares?
I love Gears of War, but i don´t care for skins.
It would be curious if Marcus and Dom were indeed characters in the game, at least, that would be a first in a video game (only seen so far in comics, with things like Superman/Spiderman or Batman/Darkness), it would be interesting to see how the Marcus and Dom got into the Lost Planet universe...but as skins?!
To hell with it.

- Monster Hunter MMO.......is Microsoft so desperate to get into the Japanese market that they need a port of a 3 year old game?
If Natal doesn´t help MS in Japan, nothing will.

It seems that Microsoft has 2 more games to announce after Monster Hunter Online.

The mission division’s “job” is to bring popular series to the Xbox 360. While the wheeling and dealing Xbox 360 head San Roku Maru (that’s 360) isn’t real, the initiative is. And it appears the mission division has a second title to reveal.

Maybe even more than that. The mission division page has three “coming soon” teaser icons on the bottom menu.

What could these be? Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, Monster Hunter, and Final Fantasy (at least for North America and Europe) are already secured for the Xbox 360.

In other news, but also releated the Xbox 360 japanese adventure...

Munetatsu Matsui, editor in chief at Famitsu Xbox 360, has updated his Twitter status with very interesting tweet yesterday. Apparently, he met with a Japanese game developer who’ve yet to release an Xbox 360 game, but will be making them this year and will have a lot to publish.

Who can it be?

Siliconera is speculating either NIS or Atlus. However, NIS have already released Cross Edge DASH on Xbox 360 in Japan and Atlus have gone about releasing three Xbox 360 titles in their lifetime: Zoids Assault, Spectal Force 3 and Operation Darkness.
