I hope steven mcrogers also do falcon role and falcon also do captain america role to add diversity

He didn't sign a multi-picture deal. He won't come back, he really did despise making that film. Don't blame him tbh. Spending 6 hours in make-up for a thinly written role like that would piss me off too.

Pretty sure he did sign a multi-picture deal. He said so in an interview, IIRC. He also said something along the lines of hoping that Marvel wouldn't force him to do any more.

Found the interview. Here's what Weaving said:

I [signed a multi-picture deal] for Captain America. I think the tendency, with those films, would be to probably not bring a villain back. They might for The Avengers, but I didn’t think I’d be in Captain America 2 or 3. I don’t think Red Skull will be there. And it’s not something I would want to do again. I’m glad I did it. I did sign up for a number of pictures and I suppose, contractually, I would be obliged to, if they forced me to, but they wouldn’t want to force someone to do it, if they didn’t want to. I think I’ve done my dash with that sort of film. It was good to do it and try it out, but to be honest, it’s not the sort of film I seek out and really am excited by. As an actor, to do all sorts of different films is great. It stretches you in different ways. But, I increasingly like to go back to what I used to always do, which is to get involved with projects that I really have a personal affiliation with.

I like that angle. Definitely thinking outside the box. And yeah, Ruth Wilson would make a great Sin.

Yes, Ruth Wilson would make a great Sin, I agree with that. And if they wanted to go a bit younger for Sin, then I'd suggest someone like Juno Temple.

Temple would be good. There's also Ksenia Solo from Lost Girl, who's awesome and I think she could play unhinged really well, but she's less known that Wilson or Temple.

But man, I just really, really want Wilson in the Marvelverse something BAD! I would also accept her as Enchantress, because could you imagine her scenes with Heimdall?

Sin could be Marvel's Joker-type character, but female. And crazypants.

Hopefully, we'll see Crossbones in all his masked glory as early as AOU. I still believe the rumors.

And Zemo: did you catch the easter egg in the recently released concept art from CATWS? It's from Cap's WWII exhibit at the Smithsonian Institution --- in the background, there's a display case for "Operation: Zemo."

I'm probably going to miss it too. I don't see a reason why they wouldn't have it available to view for those that do miss it. Marvel is streaming it on their official youtube channel, the previous ones they've done that way (Iron Man 3 & Avengers) they still have the premiere videos up in the events section of their videos (Thor: The Dark World the live stream was done via yahoo, and even that can still be viewed on marvel's site) - so I imagine it will be the same with TWS

This is great news because the rumoured running times where 128 mins and 136 mins, so it looks like the 136 mins run time was correct making TWS the second longest Marvel film to Avengers which was 142 mins. t:

I like this concept; would introduce a good female villain to the MCU too, which there haven't really been yet, apart from henchmen like Brandt in IM3.

This is why I cannot wait for Nebula in GOTG. It sounds like Karen Gillian nailed it too

But yeah, my ideal version of Sin is basically very much a Joker-type villainness, chaotic and brutal, but who toys with Cap with some sexual undertones. I'm kind of a sucker for those types. Plus Cap literally flirting with the dark side is always aces in my book… though I guess he would likely "flirt" more with Diamondback, Songbird, or Madam Hydra. Sin is way too psychotic for him

I'd also accept Lena Headey (though she would also make a smashing Enchantress).
