Civil War Captain America 3 villain.

So hiw can we get an actual strong villain for Cap since this is you know still his film and not have him become an afterthought to this whole Cap vs IM stuff?. It would appear that Cap vs IM will be the main event.

More or less could this be the story, yes! Nice ideas...

There will be Iron Man vs. Captain America fighting over something/someone!

Iron Man with Maria Hill on his side...
Captain America will have Falcon as sidekick...
Black Panther will be also involved, as will Winter Soldier and Crossbone!
I think also Nick Fury on Captain Americas side...
Hawkeye and Black Widow could also be involved!

So we will have 9-10 "heroes" teaming up on two sides in this movie!

I honestly wouldn't mind if we don't have a main villain like the Red Skull. While I love the First Avenger, I liked how TWS played up the ambiguity by having antagonists but no real central villain. Bucky wasn't really a villain, Rumlow was cannon fodder, Pierce ran the plan but he was really more of an enemy for Fury. The Hero vs Hero plot would definitely be a change for Marvel movies.
I'm not particularly worried about Stark overshadowing Steve especially if the Russos are directing.

Why the Red Skull? You have the God of mischief sitting on the throne of Asgard. He'd love nothing more than to turn 2 of his enemies against each other.

because its the third Captain America movie and he's been gone for a long time. He also had Cap shot in the comics.

100% agreed. This scenario would be incredibly refreshing. And it would help differentiate the movie from Bats v. Supes, which is effectively beating Marvel's rivalry movie to the punch.

Could you imagine if BvS and CW had come out on the same day? I'm not sure this place could handle that much fan rage!

I like the idea of that, but surely only having Herr Skull appear in one movie and disappearing into a tesseracht in WW2 would be a bit of a waste of possibly the most evil villain Marvel have ever produced?

Marvel seemed pretty gunshy about the whole "the most evil villain in the MU" thing back in TFA. They never really let Weaving cut loose. He was no more or less evil than your average Bond villain. Heck he didn't even seem to really be Cap's archenemy in that film, or at least it never really came across that way. He was just some baddie that Cap had to stop, no more no less.
