This soooo much. I loved this scene of him discovering his abosrbing man powers. When he got his hand stuck in the metal, it felt like there was real weight to it.Bit off topic but that Hulk movie also has one of my all-time favorite depictions of a superpower. The animation, the sound design, the ripples in the paint when he moves the fingers. What an awesome effect.

For me, it has moments of greatness offset with moments of being terrible. Back when it came out I was dabbling with fan editing. I made an edit of it that was 1hr and 10 minutes long. I totally removed everything that involved Nick Nolte and Bruce's abusive childhood. It's now a fast paced action movie.Sam Elliot was top tier casting as Ross in 2003. Would have loved to see that cast return for a sequel. I’ll always have a soft spot for Ang Lee’s movie
I'm not a fan of the look. I think Hulk 2008 looked more realistic and less cartoonish even though the actor (Edward) they hired didn't look the part as Bruce. While 2012 Hulk perfected the CGI Hulk.Really? I saw it again recently and the VFX looked great. The design of Hulk wasn't great. But the effects hold up.

The lack of the usual Marvel Studios fanfare is a bit disruptive to me, especially I think they won't use it for Thunderbolts* and Fantastic 4. I was like why couldn't they use the usual Marvel Studios video and make it a black/white variation of it.So is this first film that doesn't have the motion/animated Marvel title card? Right off the bat this put a damper on the film, as odd of a nitpick as that is.
Boooo. I hope it drops before Thunderbolts*To be announced.

Probably May, before Ironheart comes out in June. When does it go to Disney Plus?

I think that they used the black and whites logo to accentuate the political thriller vibe that they are going for, give it a bit of A Bygone Era/ Retro Feel.So is this first film that doesn't have the motion/animated Marvel title card? Welp. Kinda foolish on Disney bc Im likely not going to see Thunderbolts in theaters now and I was planning on it. I'll tak a wait and see approachProbably May, before Ironheart comes out in June.
However they would be advertising its Disney+ release when Thunderbolts* just hit theaters or about to hit theaters if its late April. This is one of the problems when their releases are so close to each other, they would cancel each other out. For Thunderbolts*, it would just encourage people to wait for it on Disney+.
It would be available for streaming just in time for Fantastic 4.Welp. Kinda foolish on Disney bc Im likely not going to see Thunderbolts in theaters now and I was planning on it. I'll tak a wait and see approach
Thats probably the reason, but they should have kept the Marvel Studios fanfare.I think that they used the black and whites logo to accentuate the political thriller vibe that they are going for, give it a bit of A Bygone Era/ Retro Feel.
