My pick would be A Green Lantern,unless Captain America found something that was yellow.

Green Lantern would win because of the many methods or things his power ring can do. Captain America's power is his strenght, stamina, & of course his shield. He'd have to get very close to engage Green Lantern into a melee fight & its too dificult.
