Casino Royale's NEW Gunbarrel

Craigs sequence is the best because he's about to get blasted from behind but quickly picks up his gun, spins around and plants a bullet in the guy's brain. Slick, stylish and brutal. Bond's a dangerous killer in this movie and his gunbarrel sequence reflects this.

I wonder if the next movie will use this or a more conventional gun barrel...

Craig's gun-barrel was definitely interesting in that it's a part of a story and not just some guy in a tux walking to the centre of the screen before pulling out his gun.

But I do hope that in the next movie Craig will be in a tux walking to the centre of the screen before pulling out his gun.

But for Casino Royale, it couldn't have been any better.

I loved the new gun barrell and the opening prologue. It totally worked considering what they were trying to achieve.

I think they'll stick to the usual gunbarrel sequence from now on after CR but if they were to change it, I wouldn't mind an all black screen with a white-lined circle doing the usual aiming thing and the screen is still all black and once the gunbarrel stops into position a white lite comes on that makes Bond visible with his back to us and then rapidly spins around, pulling the trigger, I'd think that would be awesome.

I like the Gunbarrel Sequence as well as The main title sequence how we actually got to see Bonds face instead of just his show throught the entire sequence .
