Post JL, I have no clue whats going to happen with big blue. Will Cavill stay? Adams? Fishburne has already migrated to Marvel. Given the uncertainty, I thought it will be fun go through casting again for Superman and his world. So, let the casting wars begin again!!

If they were to 'reboot' and start over - how would you like the narrative to play out? Would you change it up - have Martha make the suit? Lex be a Trump like character? Lois a more sassy reporter, clark be an act and bumbling?

I don't know if it's at all feasible as these things go, but I wouldn't be opposed to Cavill staying put and the supporting being shuffled.

I've got nothing against them personally, but Fishburne already seems to have moved on, Eisenberg's never been the ideal Luthor and I kind of feel like Amy might be over it. Ignore that **** in BVS's extended cut and throw in a real Jimmy Olsen and we've got ourselves a party.

I have to wonder how much camera time would be required of an actor playing Perry White. Because I'm just picturing a scenario here...

Good choice for Jimmy.

I like what someone said (if WB are still going along with Cavill and current continuity) that a CIA agent wouldn't necessarily use their real name and may have taken the credentials of a photojournalist like Jimmy Olsen.

If I had to cast a rebooted Superman right now, I'd go with Nicholas Hoult as Clark Kent. He'd have to bulk up, but other than that I think he could pull off the role. He can do humor and heart very well.

For Lois , I'd go with Doctor Who alum Jenna Coleman.

For Perry White, Alec Baldwin.

Hoult is a really good actor but I don't see him as Superman at all.

If they did recast best they can do is find another unknown or lesser known.
