Synopsis- It has only been three months since The Dark Knight was believed to have killed Harvey Dent, a new threat rises in Gotham. A masked man calling himself "The Riddler" is commiting crimes and leaving riddles to see if the police and Batman can solve the mystery of who the riddler really is. After getting heat from Federal Agents to continue to persue The Vigilante known as The Batman, Commissioner Gordon hires Edward Nigma to help the Gotham police solve the riddle of who the Batman really is. When Gordon finds out Nigma is the criminal known as "The Riddler", Gordon refuses to hunt The Batman and focuses all police efforts on capturing The Riddler. Upset that the city has turned back to it's masked vigilante, The Joker breakes out of Arkham to prove once again that chaos is greater than the Schemer's plans.
