I can tell you with confidence Batman will NOT get rebooted if The Dark Knight Rises is a success.

Warners has a Billion Dollar Academy Award Winning franchaise on their hands, they would not risk messing it up and ditching what Nolan built.

Even if Nolan decides not to direct the fourth, his team will likely be still involved. Perhaps he will produce just like he is doing for Superman.

I am sure they will try to negotiate Bale back too. He would do it if the money is there for him (cough Terminator cough)
