I like that a lot better than the Owen Wilson/Ben Stiller suggestion. IMO, Ben Stiller cannot carry a movie. He is best in a supporting, comedic role, but not as the main character (and yes, that includes the Meet The Parents films and any other garbage like Zoolander he has done). His best roles, IMO, are in Dodgeball and Heavyweights, where he basically played the same character, but it was awesome.

Blue Beetle, generally, is a comedic character. And Zoolander was awesome.

It would be the greatest cartoon series of all time. To make it better, it would be written by Giffen, DeMattes, and whatever other comic writers have a knack for comedy, and it's theme song would be written and preformed by Tenacious D. It would be such a good show that upon it's veiwing, the stars in the heavens would rearrange to create constalations of the characters.

Zoolander was good, tropic thunder was another great movie... I mean Stiller and Wilson both fit the roles.. but it would seem repetitive from what they have already done... It's an easy choice, and they are really old now..

I would go with Seth Rogen and James Franco.. Seth Rogen would need to make a huge physical transformation like Chris Pratt.. James Franco can easily be in shape.. if not these too, then I would prefer other actors who are not already brand names yet..

my pick would be Dave Franco and Zac Efron
Two actors who are young funny dudes that totally fit their roles.. Zac Efron would fit perfectly as Booster Gold and Dave for Ted Kord Blue Beetle...
They were pretty good of a pair in the movie neighbors too
