this idea, is probably going to sound kinda weird, now...
but, back when I use to watch this show, I would think about who would be in the live action cast, and at the time, my pick for Jade (this was still when she was very young, and still something of an unknown, and though, I know, she isn't or is she?? idk, if she is she mixed or something, you know what I mean, but, she kinda looks like she could pass as asian or japanese or whatever Jade suppose to be) anyway, it was, Miranda Cosgrove (the only thing I've seen of her back then was that, school of rock, movie, and thought her character from that kinda reminded me of Jade)

though, that all irrelevant, now, anyway, cause she’s probably to old, but, ya, Unknown Asian Child Actress, would be the way to go

other then that, I am not really sure, other then Jackie as himself
(I use to have other cast picked out, but, really remember them right now)

Jason Isaacs for Valmot. Clancy Brown can play Captain Black, he did the voice well enough.

Hak Foo is one of the best animated characters ever created in the history of the genre. To do him justice, you need a big muscular guy with a camp sense of humour. Even in the pro wrestling community, I can't really think of one.

Maybe a toned-up Patrick Warburton.

Issacs is a good choice. I was thinking Brown for Black, too.
