Well with Kara being shown in the prequel comic, and it pretty much confirmed to be linked to the movie thanks to the movie guide, lets begin our cast options for who should play the Girl Of Steel

My vote goes to Amber Heard

If their looking younger than Ashley Benson and if they are looking older than Natalie Dormer (Seyfried and Heard are great choices but I'm not sure I want an actress who's more famous than Cavill. Even though he is goig to explode after the movie.)

However I thought Kara in the prequel comic looked like Gillian Jacobs I'm not sure I'd want her as Supergirl.

Georgina Haig. I liked her a lot in the final season of Fringe. She struck me as Supergirl material instantly.

I like Georgina Haig...love her on Fringe. One of my fave shows, but I can't believe Sara Paxton isn't getting any love....

After seeing that poster with Brit, i immediatly voted for her!

Second choice was Teresa Palmer! I liked her in both I Am Number Four and Warm Bodies.

I thought Kara was supposed to be a teen or at least in her very early 20's? Personally I think a lot of these choices are too old. I like Ronan the best, beautiful and a very good actress.

I'm 31 and when I shave I look like I'm 12!! Or so says my uncle... I think Sarah Carter looks great for her age but that Saoirse Ronan just weirds me out...

Sarah Carter might look great for her age, but she still looks like an adult. She's stopped playing teen roles years ago. She was in Shark a few years back as a lawyer assisting James Woods. She already seemed like a fully-grown adult by then. And unless you're saying she also has facial hair to shave to make her look 12 like you, then I don't see your point there.

I've never seen her before. I don't know about that first photo, but the second one is more convincing and somewhat reminiscent of Helen Slater. I would like Supergirl to have that innocent look like her again. She was great for the part. The movie just wasn't very good, but she really looked great in the role.

Carter is not a good enough actress and she looks too old for the role. She's a T.V and B-movie girl nothing more and nothing less.
