His from Falling Skies (TV Show), his name is Drew Roy. Couldn't really think of anyone specific for Johnny, no-one stands out with Johnny's characteristics.

I actually heard a poster saying Marvel should not make a certain superhero until Nathan Fillion is available to play the role

I get it. Fillion is a charismatic comics nerd... who happens to be a successful actor, who happens to have been in "the best show ever cancelled" which happens to be made by the Avengers' director. It's kinda of like a perfect storm of wish fulfillment.
