My two cents:

Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin: Paul Giamatti, he makes an awesome villain go watch "Shoot Em Up" for proof.

Edward Nigma/The Riddler: Michael Emerson, maybe a bit old but hes the epitome of creepy and calculating.

Selina Kyle/Catwoman: Eva Green, shes the right age to be cast as Bruce Waynes new love interest plus she's hot to boot.

I like the choice for Paul Giamatti as Penguin, yea he is a funny bastard in Shoot Em Up. But i don't like Eva Green for Catwoman and for me there is only one man to be Riddler, Guy Pearce.

No I'm nott. My problem with the penguin is that he lacks menace, with Chiklis problem solved. But it's just my opinion and I'm not really crazy about the character anyway.

Chiklis comes off as just a tough guy, whether he's type cast as that or not. The Penguin is a sophisticated, high class man, not something i see chiklis doing, or doing it convincingly

As far as Penguin goes I'm actually pretty much sold on using Ray Winstone; either him or still Robin Williams, but Winstone first.
