The Dark Knight Rises Casting Call (All Villains)

Now, that i can see.

Yea could be pretty interesting. But I don't really wanna see the mob as a main part of the next film, unless Black Mask heads them up.

The next one should be more about Bruce/Batman dealing with being the most wanted man in Gotham. The Fed Riddler route is still my favourite.

I got Riddler and Catwoman-

Catwoman- Michelle Williams (no joke)

Riddler- Ewan Mcgregor (my choice)

Idk, I was kinda blah when my gf looked though my Batman Hush and said, "Hmm Robert Pattinson could play Edward Nygma? He'll be 25 in the next 3 years, and Heath was 28 when they did TDK, remember how no one didn't take Heath seriously as the Joker?"

If Robert improves, keeping his fans still hungry for more and does not do anything stupid, possible candidate but still not sure

Personally after TDK I don't want to see any new Mob Bosses.

Or at least "typical" mob bosses.

Every Gotham City villain in BB3 should be a freak.

Yea man i agree. I was just saying the only Bat-rogue i could see Christopher Lee playing would be him.

I see no reason to include him. Keep naming names, all sounds like including Lee just to include him.
"LETS SEE HOW MANY MOVIES LEE CAN DO BEFORE HE DIES!"
Since Ra's al Ghul is largely based on Fu Manchu- a character Lee made his own- I would say that Lee would serve as an excellent "pre-Lazarus-regeneration" version of that character.

ok, but would it match up w/ bb ras? I don't think it would.

ya, if they got a new mob boss to take over every movie it'd get pretty redundent.

how about beth riesgraf (crazy chick from leverage) for harley?

Actually, considering he's abroad most of the time promoting his films, I would say that he is extremely fluent in English. In fact, if you have read "Bane of The Demon" , Bane mentions that he knows many languages including Farsi and Urdu and I'm sure that would be second nature to this actor

Are you saying Bane will be CGI or that he can't act?

Khan could work if Batman3 was going to include Bane's origin. But I doubt that would happen.

My choices:

Penguin: Philip Seymour Hoffman

Riddler: Daniel Day-Lewis

Have the Penguin as a mobster and nothing more. No monster. Just a Mob leader with maybe some cool umbrellas that have weapons coming from them.

Then have the Riddler as a madman (Day-Lewis could pull that off, but not as like a Joker or anything) in not a too-wacky suit. Doesn't have to have question marks everywhere, just a regular suit with maybe a dark green tie and a question mark cane.

Both actors could put so much drama and force in their roles that this could be a great way to end this, with not one, but 2 great actors as villians.

Penguin - Bob Hoskins
Riddler - David Wenham
Catwoman - Keri Russell
Mr. Freeze - Vigo Motensen
Harley - Kristen Bell
Mad Hatter - Ben Foster
Ventriloquist - Bill Murray
Poison Ivy - Scarlet Johansen
Black Mask - Clive Owen
Talia al Ghul - Eva Green
Deathstroke - Daniel Craig
Clock King - David Hyde Pierce
The Human Flea - Shea Lebeau ;)

I posted this elsewhere, but here's my ideal set of villains for 'Batman 3':
Alfred Molina - Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin
Rachel Weisz - Selina Kyle/Catwoman
Johnny Depp - Edward Nigma/The Riddler
Ray Winstone - Rupert Thorne
Andy Serkis - Arnold "Scarface" Wesker
Amy Acker - Andrea Beaumont /The Phantasm
Selma Blair - Talia al'Ghul

Hey, been keeping an eye on all the things going on and being discussed on the boards, and I finally decide to start posting.

Just recently watched the last 2 seasons of the X-files, and I can't help but think that Robert Patrick of T1000 fame might be able to pull of a Zsaz, if the character was ever given a more substantial role in future films.

I still say:
Casey Affleck as the Riddler
Charlize Theron or Rachel Weisz as Catwoman
Bob Hoskins as Penguin

Top Choices for Nolan Villians:

Great choices man. Ray Winstone is my boy!!! West Ham fans stick together!! :D

The only ones I would change are Riddler and Freeze. Guy Pearce for Riddler and Jason Issacs for Freeze. Issacs has that cold stare that could suit Freeze to a T.

No arguement with your choices; they're pretty good actually. Fishburne has always been a personal curve ball fave of mine and Dano....... well, just take a look. :cwink:

Michael C Hall as Black Mask

ppl should stop saying Viggo for Black MAsk. Viggo is a great actor. But no where near the age of Christian Bale and Roman and Bruce are like around the same age

Viggo doesn't look that much older than Bale. If you stood them next to each other i would say no more than 5 years difference between them.
