I love Jeopardy...and I think I enjoy it even more when the celebrities come out for it...partly because some of them are funny...but some are funny to watch as they make asses out of themselves. Tonight's show...Regis Philbin, Nancy Grace (still very bit...well, you know the word) and Queer Eye's Carson Kressley.
Regis rang in and answered late a lot...Nancy...I shouldn't have been surprised...it was funny to me because she was so out of character...but still very much a mean old witch at the same time. She eeked out a smile because she made a fool out of herself when she answered a question without buzzing in...and everytime she did get a question right...she would forget its still her turn to pick a category.
Carson would have won this if he'd wagered a little higher...Regis beat him by only one dollar for the final Jeopardy question.
So thats the first night...don't forget to tune in.

darn you trebek.................i'll take "the rapist" for a thousand...its "therapist"

I wonder what kind of ratings it would get if they had the real Sean Connery on Celebrity Jeopardy.

It'd be the only way I'd watch it.

I'll take Jap Anus Relations for 1000$.

Gimme ah... Ape Tit for $200.

I'll take Swords for a $1000

Mr. Connery, that's S words.

So...tonites episode was an improvement...but they did stretch a few judgings for mispronunciation...Doug Savant of Desparate Housewives took it all...but Malcom in the Middle's Jane Kaczmerak did fairly well...she seemed to have almost taken the lead and looked like she was going to win....Curt Schiling...Red Sox pitcher did as well as expected...hey atleast the losers still get to take home 25grand for thier charities that they're representing.
Final Jeopardy question...both Schiling and Kaczmerak answered incorrectly...the answer was Drew Barrymore...the hint was in the question about a family of actors...Drew's great great grandmother's last name is Drew...Savant answered right...but the other two...both wagered way too much and gave a fictitional name....Nancy Drew?!?! I'm telling you guys...if you don't ever tune in...you'll atleast enjoy the celebrity Jeopardy tournaments....it is almost as ammusing as the SNL version.

please write down a "letter" any letter. like "a" or "b".

N.P.H. tore it up tonite!!!! He won the 50,000 dollar prize for his charity, Bebe Neuworth did well too...but slowed the game down a bit by...laughing after unsure answers. James Denton from Desperate Houswives also faired well...but wagered all for his final jeopardy question and got it wrong....his charity however was still gauranteed the 25,000 dollar donation anyway.

The questions are so damn easy. Stoopid celebrities!

Harry Shearer...voice of many characters on the Simpsons, mopped the floor with challengers Soledad O'brien(CNN) and Isaac Mizrahi. Soledad (just like Nancy Grace) did not pick a category after answering correctly...Trebek always had to tell her...(whats with those CNN women?)...Isaac was the joke-ster...as expected...he had something to say about categories, wrong answers and right ones.

Why not have a competitive celebrity jeopardy tournament between smart celebrities?

some are very smart....years ago I saw one when David Duchovney was on...he cleaned up...it was crazy...he went to Yale and Princeton, he's very well educated...and the celebs that played on that show were astonished...I think everyone was...he sweeped thru every category.

I wish I would've seen that one.
