CES- Anything Catch Your Eye?

I love CES. I always like hearing about the crazy little gadgets people come up with that I'll never use, but I think they're nifty anyways. So anyone spy anything so far that they thought was fascinating?

For me, the most exciting thing so far has been the announcement of Vizio making PCs. I'm a fan of their TVs and I'm pretty curious to see if they'll bring their inexpensive price points to PC.

I liked the new Samsung's "FUTURE PROOF" LED TV's. Wireless compact cameras, and bad ass OLED's.

I'm looking at their ES 8000 75" monster LED...looks fantastic. I want to see it in action somewhere.

You'll probably have to go to an electronic's boutique that sells the higher end gear. Someplace like the Best Buy Magnolia stores. You might want to check and see if there is one there in the city that you live in, when they are released that is.

I was pretty amazed with Vizio and their introduction into the pc business, from their laptops to the all-in-one pc's they looked amazing, Apple level amazing.

Samsung's Super OLED tv's looked pretty incredible as well

What really stole the show for a lot of tech sites and for me as well was the Lumia 900, it pretty much stole the show to the point where the 15 or so new android devices announced meant nothing and all the focus was on the Lumia 900.

Not a bad CES at all, it was fun

That PC Desktop thing Onlive just brought to the iPad and plans on bringing to Android definitely was something that sparked some interest amongst people.

I just saw the new Swiss Army Knife that has a 1TB SSD and costs $3000. It's stupidly expensive, but if I was a wealthy man, I'd own one for the novelty.

Ah, well congrats on the upcoming new addition! I have a 6 yr old myself, and she's the best thing that has ever happened in my life. So the theatre stuff will all fall into place soon enough. I promise you that baby will have you wrapped around his/her finger as soon as you see him/her. t:

It's not my baby. My sister and husband plan to move to my city and they need a place to stay while they transition over. So...yeah, kind of a bummer.
