Chadwick Boseman is Black Panther! - Part 5

Not only are we getting the BP movie, but elements of his story are confirmed to be in Age of Ultron and he will appear, in costume, in Cap 3: Civil War.

Boseman and Serkis would make for some decent casting, as they're not so well known it'd take you out the movie. I do feel T'Chaka should be someone slightly A-listy.

I'm glad there is a Black Panther movie coming. I'm not really familiar with Chadwick Boseman at all though, so I'm not excited or disappointed by the casting one way or another.

They've already designed his costume though? Or is that just concept art?

I guess Serkis must be Klaw then?

Is Panther going to cameo in Avengers: AOU or will his first appearance only be Cap 3? I would've thought if there's some Vibranium snatching from Wakanda in AOU then T'Challa would be involved.

I'm unfamiliar with Boseman as well but I heard nothing but good things about his acting in 42 and Get On Up. And of course, MS vouches for him so that's all I need in my book. I'm SOLD!

He nailed Jackie Robinson and James Brown. I honestly thought he'd play them kinda the same, but he got the mannerisms down pat for both.

I still haven't seen Get on Up, but Boseman was absolutely great as Jackie Robinson. I think that Chiwetel Ejiofor would be perfect for T'Challa, but I guess I can't always get what I want when I'm not bribing and/or threatening people. Maybe Ejiofor could be Killmonger in a sequel. Killmonger in many ways is the anti Black Panther, and I think he'd crush that.

Was just thinking the same but it doesn't appear as if we're going to be getting an origin story for BP, so having BP's father in it may not be in the cards.

Maybe the Hughes bros? I've always wanted a hard core Wolverine film from them with blade fights like they pulled off in Book Of Eli. But I'd be happy with them on any Marvel film just about.
