I'm glad there is a Black Panther movie coming. I'm not really familiar with Chadwick Boseman at all though, so I'm not excited or disappointed by the casting one way or another.

They've already designed his costume though? Or is that just concept art?

Well he starts filming in 5 or 6 months for Cap 3, so yeah all that stuff is being done now.

I'm sure someone black will be in the production crew somewhere. It would be cool to see someone like McQueen exec producing since I doubt he'd write or direct. I do want John Ridley for the screenplay, though it'll probably be Yost and McFeely again.

The few maps I've seen put it in central/east Africa.

He'll probably design Falcon's new wing harness like in the comics. I don't think they've dropped Falcon completely.

I really hope they don't take the WW approach and look for a black director just because Black Panther is black. I find it patronizing to be honest. Get the best director regardless of race. If a white guy happens to be a fan and a director then give him the gig. Same goes for Blacks, Asians, etc.

Just give the property to a person with passion. I want a great movie first and foremost.

I agree in philosophy but how many black directors would even get the chance to direct a movie like this otherwise? Not many I assure you.
