Mystique had a mutant power of transformation. Chameleon relied on make-up, costuming, and masks. I could see him a manipulator, who is pulling the strings from higher up. Because otherwise, he's not a villain who inspires action scenes, he's an intellectual villain.

Anyways, though, I'm actually nervous hearing that there's going to be four villains. Batman Begins did it well, but there's so much that could go wrong with this multiple-villain concept.

I wouldn't agree with that but it brings up an interesting point. Would the studio want a villian that is so much like antoher villian in a major franchise?

For the second time, he's NOT a morpher - he's a MASTER of disguise, at least at the beginning. Like Mysterio, he relies on technology, NOT superpowers.

yes i know that, but either way he takes the form of others, so call it what you want a morpher or a master of disgiuse, the fact is he MORPHS into other people with his technology.

The Chameleon isn't an action oriented villain. He would be more of a mastermind, so I don't see him in this. Requires too much time.

^ok,sandman has powers,chameleon has powers to transform or make up him self into sandman,however whenever chameleon transforms he doesnt copy the powers who ever he copy's such as sandman,so its probabaly not chameleon!!

This thread is discussing a rumour that was very strong last year, and now looks like it may be a possibility with the revelation of a 4th villain.

Let's close this thread down indeed The new breed of posters SM-3 has brought in is the worst yet. Nothing but spamming threads with moronic chatter, and making lame threads.

Glory be the SM-2 days, when we actually had intelligent threads with intelligent posters in them.
