What characters or story ideas would you like to see on Agents of SHIELD?

I'll start,
how about Agent John Walker AKA Captain America.

He was a high ranking SHIELD agent brought in to take over for
Captain America during the 80s. (But without the Super Soldier Serum,
or with a weaker limited version) and while serving his country as
Captain America Walker lost his arm, leg, and eye. And perhaps he is a
target of Mike Peterson.

I just like the idea of a former war hero who is seriously injured serving his country showing up because it shows that not
all superheroes are untouchable. I also like the idea of having him be a former Captain America from the 80s because it
ties back into the Captain America films and the Avengers into Agents of SHIELD. It also shows sort of what happened
while Steve was frozen.

What about you guys? Any characters, plots, you want to see? Any concepts you have for the show?

Could be a role model for all the people with disabilities, I like it.

I could also go for Bobbi Morse and her eventual transformation into Mockingbird.

Wendel Vaughn would be great.

I love Wendel Vaughn, but I just can't see it working. A Wendel who doesn't become Quasar isn't really Wendel, and there's no way they could do Quasar justice on AoS.

Agents of SHIELD could however introduce characters that would then go on to get powers and becomes the heroes we know, or the villains, in the movies both solo and Avengers. So we could have an Agent Wendel Vaughn, or (I hope) an Agent Carol Danvers who was formerly a pilot and then a SHIELD agent and is now becoming a SWORD agent (and eventually becomes Captain Marvel in the films. They could also involve characters connected and related to other characters that might not get their own movies, like my idea with US Agent.
Imagine introducing Agent Vaughn of SHIELD, who we see as a normal human and get to know him and his character, and at the end a cameo by Maria Hill as Vaughn is called in to Level 8 or something and told his next mission is to be the wearer of the Quasar Bands (an 804?) that they confiscated from Hydra or AIM or something. Then he is out of the show and eventually gets into the movies at a later date.

More about Agent John Walker (AKA the Captain America from the 90s.)
They could even cast the Captain America from the 1990s movie.

Or Reb Brown:

Or the actor I thought would make a great Captain America voice actor, John Schneider.

I could also see them bring a version of Nuke to Agents of SHIELD as well.
The Ultimate comics version. A Captain America from Vietnam.

And the idea of others taking the role as Captain America when Steve Rogers was MIA could
help the films if they ever wanted to have Evans leave/bringing Rogers with him and replace
the character with Bucky Cap or something.

You know what would be cool? Having these guys from TIH show up again as Jack McGee and Jim Wilson.

They could be contacts of Skye's doing the Lone Gunmen thing with the Rising Tide (if they revisit that part of her backstory, which they should eventually). Maybe if the team goes off the grid after CA:TWS, they'll need to work with Skye's old contacts more.

I wouldn't know who those guys were if I hadn't recently rewatched TIH. That would be cool. They could be like the founders of RT.

I still want to see Madripoor at some point.

If only AOS had the rights to use J. Jonah Jameson on the show.

Felicia Hardy AKA Black Cat but would probably be a rights issue also.

Yeah, US Agent would be a good add to AOS as a Cap tie-in. For that matter, so would Isaiah Bradley.

There's plenty of lesser known and C-list (or lower) Marvel characters who'd be great in AOS, but I guess ideally, I'd like to see more canon-mining of comic book SHIELD itself. Hand is a great step in that direction, but I'd love to see Quartermain, the Contessa, Daisy Johnson, Jimmy Woo and the like.

The thing is, this show is perfect for introducing some lesser-known Marvel characters. Characters who are cool interesting, but perhaps not big enough to appear in films yet. They've already kind of started to do that with Lorelei and Deathlok. Then, if the characters are popular, then can appear in future films. For example, if Amora the Enchantress is the villain in Thor 3, Lorelei can easily appear alongside her big sister. They could also bring in some cool SHIELD agents from the comics. We've already gotten Victoria Hand and John Garrett, how about:
-Clay Quartermain.
-Jimmy Woo.
-GW Bridge.
-Abigail Brand (which can also tease SWORD's eventual appearance).
-Bobbi Morse (SHIELD agent/scientist-pre-Mockingbird).
-Carol Danvers (military officer/contact to SHIELD-pre-Ms./Captain Marvel).

Some villains that I'd like to see:
-Taskmaster (a mercenary that SHIELD has to hunt down).
-The Leader (my pet theory is that he is actually the Clairvoyant).
-Count Nefaria (Crime Boss).
-Madame Hydra.
-Madame Masque.

Some ideas I had:

Walter Newell / Stingray - An agent who operates mainly out of an underwater S.H.I.E.L.D. base, who becomes the test pilot of an espionage suit that allows faster transport through water, and uses gill-like technology to provide air for its' pilot.

Zzzax - A sentient organic life form that lives off of electrical and other forms of energy. Invisible until powerful enough, Zzzax drains power from small, remote towns until he becomes powerful enough to begin feeding on cities' power. Similar to the Chitauri virus episode - he would drain energy from humans and other sources as well.

George Tarleton / M.O.D.O.K. - Born with an unknown disease, George Tarleton is the top scientist at Centipede. Tarleton suffers even further major disfigurement as a result of a failed experiment. Dying, Centipede place him into a life support machine, with his condition deteriorating even further. The Clairvoyant orders Centipede to find out how Coulson was resurrected in order to save him. Tarleton remains alive, and angry at the world for his condition.

Herbert Wyndham / The High Evolutionary - Due to unknown circumstances at birth, Wyndham was born with the ability of Clairvoyance. As he grew up, his ability overwhelmed him with a god complex. In his early adult life he became obsessed by genetics, frequently collaborating on experiments with scientist Jonathan Drew. Aware his work was illegal, he and Jonathan moved into the Hunan province of China, in order to avoid being detected. When Jonathan's daughter falls ill, Wyndham performs multiple illegal experiments on her to save her, against Jonathan's will. Horrified, he calls in S.H.I.E.L.D., whom treat the now potentially dangerous 'Skye' as an 0.8.4. Angered, he kills Jonathan and his wife, and escapes. He later resurfaces and fronts the Centipede project, using his fascination with genetics to create the perfect soldiers, in an attempt to eventually enslave humanity, and his powers to stay one step ahead of any potential threats.

I'd love to see:
Carl Creel/Absorbing Man
Tony Masters/Taskmaster
Ezekiel Stane
Chen Lu/Radioactive Man
Eric Williams/Grim Reaper
Leonard Samson/Samson

I could see all of these characters fitting in quite nicely.

Ramsay Snow from "Game of Thrones". He can capture Skye, take her into the Dreadfort and then that's the last we see of her forever. :sym:

I wanna see ****face.

He looks horrifying but the constant bleeping of his name would be hilarious.

Speedball.

His powers would be fun to see if they could pull it off, and there's no way I'd ever see him get a movie.
But if they ever wanted to do he registration act in a future film. . . .

Being prevented from ever doing a Registration Act plot in the MCU sounds like a bonus, to me. ;)

Above all, I want to see how the show handles Taskmaster.

I'd rather see Taskmaster debut in Captain America 3 or Iron Fist. But if Agents of SHIELD is a way to cast Scott Adkins, then by all means, Marvel should do it just to put him under contract.

I also want to see Leviathan as villains.

Powers or not have Evangeline Lilly as "Hope Van Dyne" guest star on Agents Of Shield. Would be great cross-promotion for the Antman movie that would be released next summer.

I don't quite think the timing would work well this season. My guess is she'll be estranged at first, which makes it hard for her to have a meaningful role. Maybe a crossover in season 3, though.

My personal hope is for an Ant-Man/Pym flashback episode.
