Characters who've annoyed you

Yeah, I liked him too. Garfield and Emma were the best things about the movie, IMO.

But I also loved Bale's Batman and Samwise Gamgee.

I'm pretty surprised by some choices here, a few I know despise Rob Zombie's Halloween, and none of them mentions that version of Laurie Strode

LOL, well if we're talking about epically terrible performances that will live on forever for their sheer awfulness, then yes, there's none better.

I forgot about her Spider-Aziz, I blocked those 2 crap movies out so hard I forgot them but yeah in part 2 her cursing every 2 words gave annoying a bad name.

I thought Scout Taylor-Compton was one of the few good things about that movie. Never bothered to see the sequel though.

Interestingly enough, despite how much I love the original Halloween, I thought Jaime Lee Curtis' Laurie was dull and lifeless for the most part.

He went so over the top in that movie that he incidentally made the movie enjoyable. "baby bird", "santos, santos". Did anyone really buy his accent though as same cubano guy?

Haha, yeah. Yeah his accent was epic. It was right up there with Halle Berry's accent in X-Men and Sam Worthington's accent in Man on a Ledge.

Oh yeah yeah. Especially in H2. She screamed the entire run-time. I love Zombie, but his Halloween films are less than stellar

I would have to put Rob Zombie's wife's "characters" up there as some of the worst ever. I loved The Devil's Rejects, but it was in spite of her. She is one of the worst actresses I've ever seen.

That's true. She's not great, but I've definitely seen worse.

Garfield's peter/spiderman was annoying 85% of the movie. His brooklyn accent and him saying stuff like "im swinging here" got on my nerves. I also really got annoyed by him during the first time the cops chase him after his webbed the crook to the wall and the cop showed up and he was in the cops face yelling.
Yup it was pretty awful.

I guess with actresses like her, her awfulness is amplified by the fact that she's banging the director. I mean, when I see Helena Bonham Carter in a Tim Burton movie, I'll admit it's getting a little old but at least she's a good actress. But with Sherry Moon Unit Zombie Apocalypse or whatever her name is, all I can think is, "This girl's acting ability is better suited to porn."

Yeh, I thought she was alright in the first one but the character was just plain terrible in the second.

Glad I didn't see the second one I guess. The first one was lousy enough that I didn't feel a need to put myself through more.

I found Maguire annoying in all 3 Spidey films what with his whole sad sack thing going on. It was only in SM3 that it came to a head but it had been building since the begining. I always thought James Franco would've made a better Peter Parker.

She was cool in Batman Begins, kinda annoying in TDK

Didn't matter who was playing her as far as I could tell. Even the little girl at the beginning of BB gave her a nyah, nyah, nyah! quality. Just a horrible character all around with the preachiness and the condescension and the know-it-all-ness and the b!#ching and what not. Worst love interest in a superhero movie ever, IMO. Hell I'd take Dunst's MJ in ANY of the Spidey films over her.

I agree though I liked Gyllenhaal in TDK I wish she had more to do and I wish Gyllennhaal was in Begins and wasn't more than just a person who inspires Bruce. I will admit that Nolan does skimp on supporting characters.

By the way, It's that time of the year again! Come discuss the 2012 SHH! Movie awards

She always seemed to me more like a person who nags Bruce.

I forgot about her Spider-Aziz, I blocked those 2 crap movies out so hard I forgot them but yeah in part 2 her cursing every 2 words gave annoying a bad name.
Apologies for the reminder

I like the first, still thought the sequel is needless and ignored it

Anne Hathaway's Catwoman. Dumb *****.

Short Round and Willy weren't that bad... :o
