Chihuahua saves toddler from rattlesnake

gotta love dogs. so selfless and ready to defend the people they care about (even the ones they barely know) even if it means getting hurt themselves...

Unlike cats that will just look at you like, your ass is gonna die, just means I need someone else to feed me.

I know this girl from work who has this cat that she doesn't let outside b/c everytime it does get outside it goes freaking psycho....litterally...I've seen her come in with fresh cuts (some deep) all over her hands......

But anyway when it comes to loyalty Dogs have that in the bag.....have you ever heard of a dog suffocating an infant by sleeping on their face....

Dogs remember who helped them and who hurt them, that's why. I know a stray that I used to feed every other day a while back, and he saw my cousin attempting to joke around and grab me, his ass started growling and circling us.

The dog's ass started growling and circling you?

At any rate, kudos to Dog Lips for protecting that child.

hey now, there are plenty of stories of cat's who have saved their owners from fire, etc. Hell one of them even dialed 911

as much as I hate Chihuahas, I'll give the little guy credit here. Surprised he survived a rattlesnake bite.

I agree. My dog is one that protects me and the love she gives is completely selfless. I wish people would follow their lead.

Debbi Downer.

Anybody remember hearing about the dog who knew her owner had cancer? She kept barking at a spot on her owner's leg. When she went to have it tested, it turned out to be malignant. She had it removed, saving her life.

Well, okay. But wouldn't that make them all the more efficient detectors?
But why would they detect cancer if their plan was to give you cancer all along?

I had one cat for 18 years, and the next cat for 15, along with about 7 dogs so I've had both cats and dogs all of my life........my cats acted just like the dogs.....there wasn't a whole lot of difference except they didn't bark.....and usually the dogs ate the cat food and the cats ate the dog food....lol
