Cliches you'd like to see subverted

I'd like to see someone confront the heroes with a massive squad of nameless, faceless ninjas and/or other goons (hydra agents, AIM guys, whoever) - and then said goons competently and efficiently beat the living tar out of the heroes.

I'd like to see super heroes that didn't have exaggerated phyisques.

Like how Prof. X and Magneto, both in their, what, 70s? Yet they both have muscular bodies! No old geezer man boobs or liver spots anywhere!

And how She-Hulk is totally ripped, yet has big breast. I've never seen a woman that muscular maintain breast that big and plump!

Never. Because it doesn't happen. The bad guys never win, the good guys always find a way to piece whatever they can together and win.

I'd love to see a few of the heroes just totally flip out and go nuts with rage and just start killing people because they're so fed up with being good all the time and just getting blasted for not being able to do one little thing or save one person, when they saved dozens just a minute ago.

Seriously, if I was a superhero, someone like Spider-man, you can bet your ass that JJJ woulda been outta the picture long ago due to some mysterous death. **** like that wouldn't fly.

or, how about this. can we have a black character that has some stories that DONT involve race. yes, black people get a bad rap once in awhile, we got it. but it isint like my life is a daily struggle to fight racisim, it's not even that big of an issue anymore. come on.

Doesn't John Stewart fit that bill pretty well? He started out that way, but now he's out fighting aliens most of the time, not battling racism.

Personally I don't see why some writers have to stretch and try to tell a story that is relevant to stuff that is going on in the real world. That was my biggest beef with Civil War.

I'm tired of every black superhero having a shaved head or a mini-fro.

I'm tired of reading a comic with nothing but talking heads.

I'm tired of Wolverine in every comic.

I'm tired of superheroes acting like villains.
