Colbert is running for president!......In Marvel Universe.

best news ive heard today, granted im 51 minutes into my day.

Meh.

I prefer my presidents to have some sort of political experience, and I don't see faux pundit as a good enough qualification.

How did the Governor of Texas turn out?

I'd rather have intelligence over being a crafty shiester, or as you call it, "political experience." And Colbert is smart, and just crazy enough to work. Plus, the worst that could happen is he sucks, he's thrown out in 4 years, and we get a hillarious made for TV movie made about it :o

LOL That's awesome!! Colbert/Stewart 08!!:woot:

I finally just picked up his book...it's great.

Argh, I want to read his book so bad. I've only been able to read the first chapter cuz I can't afford the darn thing.

I caught this Colbert the other day where he did this "dance off" skit ,it ended with him and some other dude playing Dance Dance Revolution,..Anyway he wore these big ass Kanye glasses the whole time and had some gel in his hair making it all curly.:woot:

All I could think was hed be perfect for

My ***** just smashed through the keyboard on my laptop. This is awesome.

How is it possible then for you to type a response then, WompuM, caught in a lie, AGAIN!

I didn't support G. Dub Texanzee, but Gore and Kerry had more experience-- though more experience doesn't necessarily yield the best results. I still want someone who has been elected to office to serve as president.

Actually, the worst thing which would happen would be a man who knows nothing about the executive branch becomes president, mocks our allies and fails to provide real solutions to the problems facing America.

Granted, Bush has done the same, but I would expect Colbert or Stewart to do far worse.
