Hey, just giving people on here a healthy warning...
that "free trial" offer, they are doing for this BS products, stay away.
The wife, wanted to lose some extra weight before our wedding, even though she's a size 4? So she saw this, and without doing any research, she ordered them. It was a two for one thing, Colon Clense 3000 and Acai Berry
Well, it took 13 days to get the pills, the next day, she checked her bank account, besides the shipping and handeling they took out, they both took out roughly $90...
she franticly called them, they both said "since it was the 14th day, and she never returned the products, they are charging her for them"
It took 13 days to get the product, so how could she "try" them, then return them in time?
She argued with them, and finally Colon Clense refunded their 90... but not for the Acai Berry, that now, is a different company.
She called them, the operator spoke crap english, and refused to refund at first, saying she didn't cancel intime, even though she did call on the 14th day, but they said since they charged her they won't do it... I got on the phone, and demanded to talk to the supervisor. This indian woman refused at first, but after I demeaned her, she did...
the supervisor FINALLY agreed to refund the money, but we had to send the bottle back to their "billing department" then write the "billing department" an email...
well, we returned it, and sent the email... it's now been two weeks, no refund, and they are now acting like they never got the pills back, even though we sent it "certified" and he have proof that they got it...
anyone got any ideas on what to do? $90 isn't breaking the bank or anything, but still... that's $90 bucks that could be spent on groceries, gas, or diapers... I wish I would have known before she ordered them, a quick google shows they have multiple lawsuits against them, and have an F rating at the BBB....
stay away, these products don't work, and they are scams to steal money from you
