There are cases where people were stabbed over a hundred times. Rage issues aren't the half of it.


The girl is obviously disturbed. From what her stepfather said about her prior behavior she had been violent and out-of-control for quite a while. Unfortunately for people with severe emotional problems like her, there really aren't that many good options for getting them treatment before they harm themselves or someone else.

Its usually lunatics that stab people to death that much.

There can't be that much left to stab after the first couple dozen stabs.

When I say rage, I mean she was incredibly angry/disturbed over something. Most people when they do this are only committed to it until they realize what they have done or the person is dead. To keep stabbing someone well after they died like this contains some severe emotional disturbance, usually anger over something they think the person did or represents. You don't have to be insane to do it but as the saying goes, it helps.
