Okay, So I want to go to Comic Con Next Year. But I don't know if it is the right year? What Panels will be there? Should I wait a Year? Please Help!

You just have to research what is coming out the later half of 2009 and early 2010.
There might be something involving Iron man 2 , The Invisible Man , Jay and Seth vs The Apocaylps. I think this year was one of the best to go , it just seemed incredible.

I would argue 2007 was a better year - Watchmen introduction, TDK viral, Iron Man, Hulk, etc.

I have considered going to 2009 - but right now there is no project I really care that much to see.

I'm in the same boat as you. I've started saving already. But I got to sort out travel and ****. I got to fly from Ireland so it will be a long odd journey.

Yeah it will. I've never been to any kind of con's before so this will be new for me. The only comic book store here, closed. I have to travel 3 hours if I want to browe for comic books. God bless the internet.

I was told to book it way in advance. I'm going to try get the closest hotel as possible.

ASAP...they WILL sell out. This applies to getting a convention pass as well.

Their contract with the convention center expires in 2010 or 2012...I can't remember which. But until then, it'll be in San Diego.

Jesus guy's, us Canadian's get Fan Expo and the only panels we get that involve special preview's and stuff are crappy anime movie's or a low budget horror film.

Comic Con 2008 was AWESOME. Especially the Watchmen part. Hope 2009 is going to be as good!

There's also a clause that can get them out of their contract.

I wouldn't mind a move to Las Vegas personally. There's more room for the convention and hotels are a lot cheaper.
