Damn iv been wanting to play this game since i first saw video of it. Downloading now.

There's a part where you have to to the classic "go across a poll/rope while baddies on both ends attack you" and when you jump on it a tutorial pops up that says "Captain Smiley likes jumping on polls". Captain Smiley says "Like's jumping on polls!? C'mon! WHO WRITES THIS?" and Star (the star on his chest) says "Somebody awesome!"

I played the demo...i liked it a lot.
The Maw, Splosion Man, Comic Jumper.....Twisted Pixel is a great developer, all they need now is to make a AAA game.

It is fun, it's just very repetitive and difficult. I wish they'd started off on something more fun than wannabe-Conan world, though. I got tired of all the trees and ruins in about 20 minutes.

But the humor is definitely its strongest point.

I only played the demo (which itself is pretty long). I love how if you go near the Maw arcade, Star rips into Twisted Pixel. It's pretty hilarious. I could tell the game would be a bit repetitive, but if Star and Smiley kept up the banter throughout the game, I'd be willing to overlook that. I sat through the demo twice and actually got to hear different bits of dialog each time, so it seems like there's plenty to keep it fresh in those regards.
