Comic series that you think could work

I was rereading some old GCPD issues and it had me thinking . Is there any more comic series that would work really well that didn't focus on superheroes but did acknowledge them in everyday life . I enjoyed seeing and reading the Gotham PD stories of regular cops dealing with life and all of its craziness in Gotham. I was wondering if anyone else thought some more of these should exist. I've even enjoyed the Sugar and Spike series from the Legends comic . It's been pretty good and has a certain charm to it . They could range from serious to funny . A few ideas I had are .....

The Daily Planet : day to day adventures of the Planet reporters . Featuring Lois, Jimmy, Perry, etc. Sometimes funny but exciting world of the famous newspaper

Star Labs : straight up buddy comedy of two employees working at the lab getting into trouble with experiments gone wrong

Slam Bradley: hard hitting private investigator dealing with everything from cheating spouses to meta crime

Madam Xanadu: kind of like a tales from the crypt/dark side type series

I think the Daily Planet could definitely work. You could have Clark Kent be a supporting character, rather than the focus.

Show him from the perspective of his oblivious coworkers.

Yeah out of all the ones I Listed The Daily Planet just seems like a no brainier . Like it could be such a great series . I also like the idea of Madam Xanadu used in such a way as a Tales from the Crypt type series . Seems like it could really really be something that would work . I envisioned the Star Labs series as something similar to that comic from Dark horse that focused on the two goofy storm troopers . It's was pretty funny

One about Ra's and the League of Assassins dealing with terrorist organisations and groups who come into conflict with their own goals and objectives. On Arrow, the LOA's enemies were H.I.V.E., led by Damien Darhk. H.I.V.E were even more ruthless and dangerous than the LOA. It could have been great if Arrow explored LOA vs H.I.V.E, their battles, and Ra's and Darhk's rivalry and past friendship, but unfortunately they did not. A comic series or show exploring those battles and Ra's vs Darhk could be incredible, IMO. If not H.I.V.E, then the LOA against other groups and enemies also has a lot of potential, IMO.

I agree.

A League of Assassins book casting them in a more neutral light (but still extreme in methodology) could be really cool. Ra's would view everything from a political stand point and he would dispatch his assassins and agents like Talia on missions. And of course there would be factional wars with H.I.V.E. and Argus and the occasional Bat-Family cameo.
