Before I can make a suggestion, I'd like to know what qualifies becoming a Moderator? After so much that has happened today my suggestion wouldn't make sense unless I knew that.

Being capable of communicating with posters of all styles, spending enough time here to be actually involved, and being able to put personal feelings aside, would be 3 main requirements from my perspective.
