WASHINGTON - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice let slip her media preferences Thursday, saying "I love every single one" of Fox News network's correspondents and also favors CBS anchor Harry Smith.

In comments overheard on an open microphone between morning television interviews, including one with Fox, the top U.S. diplomat said: "My Fox guys, I love every single one of them."

Ok, who didn't see that coming. Has FOXNEWS started issuing their paychecks with the imperial, I mean presidental, seal yet?

OK, thanks for making this informative thread...

Oh my God, a conservative enjoys watching a news network known for being conservative in their views?

I'm blown away, man. Blown away.

ugh...i can't even stand looking at her anymore. she looks like this in my eyes...

Ladies and gentlemen, the Bush administration has their watergate, send in the independent council and get impeachment going.

yeah, i was kinda holding out hope that she was actually an intelligent person who just kinda hitched her wagon to the bush administration as a way to get her foot in the door to presidency some day, like colin powell, but this shot that all to hell.

wow... fox news.... who would have thought...... could it be the complete obssesion with anything conservative..... and how democrats kill babies..

 Sure, Fox IS a bit conservative - but they are not nearly as biased as say NBC News is.

No one can deny, however, that they are more favorable to Conservatives than any other News Network out there - it is normal that Condi and all Conservatives would prefer them.

Also - this Title is wrong. Fox TV is not Fox News.

She's horrible as an anchor though - Ed Hill, though she was uber-conservative, was atleast a decent newswoman. The only shows I can watch on Fox now are Special Report, O'Reilly and Shepard Smith. Though now that I get out of HS at 10:40 now, I can catch O'Reillys Radio Show and have been watching even less Fox than I use to.

For one he's an *******, normally he finds people that can challenge him one on one and that leads to interesting debates. However I am also very similar to him ideologically. He is libertarian on social issues, so am I. He is strong on defense, so am I. He is also not as religiously driven as other conservatives commentators (like Glenn Beck for example)I disagree with him on a few issues, but overall I related more to him than most commentators.

I agree, he never backs down.

yeah, but how can you stomach his schitck for more than a few seconds? why don't you just watch joe scarborough's show? it sounds like he fits your views, and he's actually tolerable. not to mention he doesn't distort the truth or outright lie every chance he gets.

Really, so the Bush Adminstration actually likes the News Network that makes it their business to kiss their ass at every turn, oh no what is the world coming to

This just in: Girls like it when you don't tell them they are fat even if they are!!!

I like O'Reilly because I can laugh at him and agree with him at the same time. Its a two-fer. I do like Joe Scarborough, and I watch him when I think of checking MSNBC. Hell, he was actually the Congressman from my district here in Panama City Beach Florida before he took that gig.

Again though, I have been more of a talk-radio over cable news guy the last few weeks and O'Reilly is one of the more sane talk-radio hosts out there - sadly.

i think sane is pushing it. he's not very far off from rush limbaugh. they're both chronic liars and egomaniacs.
