Confused on the Marvel Front

I'm a little overwhelmed.
I know that maybe if I were to leaf through the entire Civil War thread a few times. I might find answers. And i've been reading what i can of the Civil War. I know that there was a registration act for superheros. I know that the supers had to choose sides. I'm not entirly sure who's on what side and what's happening other than it's Iron Man (pro registration) vs Capt America (anti registration). And I know that Spidey unmasked himself in public. So...could someone tell me who's on who's side and what the bloody heck is happening...I'd apreciate that. Thanks.
