I doubt it. SBP is called superboy afterall. And he is far closer to a teenaged version of Superman than Conner Kent is.

I think there isn't because in Legion of Three Worlds they showed Conner Kent and called him Superboy on more then one account and they now call Superman-Prime, Superboy-Prime again and Johns use to say Canner Kent was not going to be a Black Lantern but now is saying that he is.

No he is back to his old self now Countdown is pretty much being ignored by the DCU the whole changing his name and suit was to get around the lawsuit but it now looks like everything is settled which is why they are now calling him Superboy-Prime again and Conner Kent Superboy and showing the both of them in their old costumes. Conner in his Teen Titans outfit with nothing covering up the \S/ and Prime in his IC outfit.

Just so we're clear, we do all realize that Johns was joking...right? The entire convention this weekend (and some prior weekends as well) was Johns making one long running gag about Black Lanterns in response to every single dead DC character.

You'd think that we wouldn't have to clear this up but, hey, you never know. This is the internet, after all.

No the lawsuit is not over yet but they are allowed to use Superboy now which means they have come to some kind of temporary agreement on that at least.
