Pete is shocked that Sable is alive...? Why? Why not just assume she is a clone who escaped?
Otto wants to take over Parker Inddustries because he feels Pete is ruining it, then all of a sudden wants to destroy it because Zola says to.
There were a few others, but those stuck out the most.

I just remembered the other major one...
Norman all of a sudden needs big fancy equipment to alter his appearance. He can't do it just by thinking about it, yet we've seen him do it!
WTF, slott? Can't you even remember the stupid s*t you yourself came up with?

All in all, it was a very boring issue.
And, it was painfully obvious that that was Silver Sable!

*sigh*

So, Spidey and Mockingbird...Talk about a contradiction.

Also, if you guys/gals get a chance head over to CBR cause Slott is in epic form. His current posts on their forum tells it all. His insecurity is on full display. He truly is scared for his job. And he should be.

Where on CBR?
I wonder if it had anything to do with my post earlier in the Secret Empire article...

Well, good.
Glad to see Slott is actually having a little of dread. I wish he could be back to form the way he was from Big Time to Spider-Island. Good times...Nowadays, I can't make it through an entire issue.

Bring back the fun!

Dumb explanation as to how she survived... She stabbed Rhino in the face? Even worse explanation for why she didn't resurface earleir.

And now an already screwed up Norman is even more screwed up.

I'm surprised that you hadn't posted a review for Ben Reilly nor Secret Empire.

Well, Bam Smack Pow! already has someone doing Secret Empire reviews. As for Ben Reilly, since I missed the first issue, I'll probably do one for the second issue when it comes out. :cwink:

I refuse to read that guy's reviews.
I started reading his review for Secret Empire #0 and stopped.
That guy couldn't keep his liberal bias in check and it is sickening.

Okay, reviewed the latest issue of Amazing Spider-Man and the conclusion of "The Goblin Identity." I will say this, the fight between Peter and Norman looks great and is satisfying on an emotional level. You just have to ignore all the events that led up to it, all the circumstances surrounding it, the current dynamic between Peter and Norman, and everything that followed the fight. So yeah, basically you have to ignore three-quarters of this comic.
