Converting AVI files into WMV files?

Title says it all how do you convert AVI files into WMV files? Mainly as me mp3 only plays vidoes which are WMV

Ok new question, my mp3 said it could play itunes tv shows, and well it can't it lied lol

So how do I get my itunes tv show converted to a WMV, I did try that programe I downloaded from that link, but doesn't work

Anyhelp would be cool

hmmm itunes tv shows are protected aren't they? thats why its not converting
