Converting Video for iPod

I just got an iPod video, and have been downloading a lot of movies off of Limewire. The only problem is that when I have iTunes convert the videos for iPod, they never have sound. The video is fine, but there is no audio accompaniment. Anyone know how to correct this?

How do you even convert videos from Limewire to Itunes? I tried it several times when I first got my Video iPod but failed.

You go to a video you've moved from Limewire, then right-click the video's picture. It will give you a list of options, one being to "Convert to video for iPod". After you click that, will begin to convert the file, however, this can take anywhere from a few minutes to more than an hour, depending on the length of the video and the content.
