Do you guys like his mcu look?

And should we look forward for more M.O.D.O.K. after this film like Kang the Conqueror?

Bill Murray isn't playing MODOK.

Modok was easily the worst part of the movie for me. I didn't mind some his jokes and I could tell that Corey Stoll was at least trying to bring some of that same charm and charisma he brought to the first Ant-Man movie, but the bad CGI just took me out of the movie whenever he was onscreen.

Yeah....didn't need majority of what they did with him in this film. Should've kept the mask on way more than they did.

That last scene of him was so cringe.

And that cgi of his face looked so dodgy. It isn't going to age well. It looked like a bad ig/messenger filter.
Yeah, wasn’t a big fan of his look. Liked his performance and thought he was pretty hilarious though

If there’s one thing Marvel has done consistently since Phase 1 is not knowing how to depict their villains. It’s really sad that they captured 70% of MODOK in personality, but completely self sabotaged everything else with bad CGI and a terrible send off.

At times M.O.D.O.K. worked and others where he was cringy as all hell. The C.G.I. Looked weird especially during the Corey Stoll scenes capturing his facial expressions. Overall this was their chance to use the character in an alternative way. It had its moments. I did laugh with the entire theater at his corny line (you know) .

The armored face masked decently was less jarring and worked effectively in the action sequences.

As a performance I thought Corey Stoll did okay but as a CGI model it looked really off. I think part of the problem is that since M.O.D.O.K. in this instance was supposed to be a character we'd met before they had to make him more recognizable. If they do a variant George Tarleton M.O.D.O.K. in the future they should make him look more other-worldly with wrinklier skin, less human looking, etc.

His best scenes is when he is not trying to get the interaction as Darren. When his voice is just normal instead of "Look at me remember me" moments.

I didn't hate this. I thought we would just get the armored face, which I wasn't appreciating. Obviously, of the versions of MODOK we've gotten, it's on the sillier side, but we've honestly gotten way sillier too. He at least came across as lethal, which I appreciate.

That character poster certainly says it all.

I've come to the conclusion that they should bring MODOK back. He can be reborn, even more mechanical, and start to become the MODOK we know. Make him basically into a tragic character.

This rendition was just so off the mark. I mean, yeah, the look of it was wrong... but more than that... MODOK is a fairly liked character, and it definitely would be a shame to lose the character, because what we got, wasn't really him.

Technically this isn’t even the real Modock is George Tarleton and he’s a product of A.I.M. (Advanced Idea Mechanics).

MODOK should have been the main villain, with Kang pulling the strings

He reminded me of the sun-baby in Teletubbies.

It didn’t help that I watched the movie with my teenage boys and it reminded me of them watching Teletubbies as toddlers.

Even if it was a different MODOK, he was still probably my favorite part of the movie. And he looked like MODOK at least. I appreciated the attempt, *Shrug*.
