You are a mythbuster, congratulations I hope you enjoy working with them. On a normal day your wish would be corrupted, somehow by having a test would go wrong on the myth at question. Instead you are not that fortunate, the general public doesn't like the adding of you to the show the ratings suffer and you end up getting let go then end up Working security for that dude from Hell's Kitchen.

You won't have to go to work monday. In fact you will sleep in and wake up late that morning. No real plan or agenda, just enjoying the simple little pleasures of having time to yourself. You walk into the kitchen in your slippers and step pieces of broken glass. Baffled you look up to see your co-worker standing by the table with flat head shovel gripped lividly in his gloved covered hands. He then talks to you in a relaxed but unsettling tone about how he has discovered that his spouse is unfaithful to him and that he she is sleeping with someone he works with. His mental instability finally pushed over the edge brought him to you. He then says coldly with a mild sweat on his brow "Screaming will only make me swing harder" He makes his approach...

The outcome is talked about in the Tuesday paper in all its goosebump inducing nature.

You want rain, you got rain buddy. For a matter of 3 minutes Alabama is gonna get the last bit of rain that will ever land upon the earth. Why the last time you asked? No other reason than because you wished for it, without being picky on any other details like the oh idk... amount.
Afterwards to further corrupt your wish the world through all forms of media will be notified that you wished this corrupted dream. The world will go into a huge drought to the point it will never recover. The bitter people knowing of your part in all this after reaching the boiling point will begin to form and rally together from all walks of life to find you and give you the most "comfortable" of chats. You'll be alive I assure you, just a punching bag for society until they all parrish from dehydration.
