Comics Cortez "Kisses" Psylocke

Can someone please tell me what issue is that scene from? Also, was the comic good by any chance?

I remember that, I think. I need to pull it out, but I think it happened in an early issue of Adjless X-Men. Cortez charged her like a mofo and her psychic knife was huge as a result. She also got a major migraine from all the thoughts she was picking up. I guess if you're gonna fight Betsy, u might as well try and sneak a kiss in along the way. She really nailed Mags with it too...swung it at his head like a bat.

Cortez was supposedly killed by Exodus in Avengers #369, but turned up alive in Magneto #1. He led the Renegade faction of Acolytes.

thats Jim Lee's art so Im guessing thats from 1991, since the Acolytes made their debut in X-men 1-3

well I narrowed it down for you. Im guessing its either issue 2 or 3 as I dont beleive the X-men actually fought the Acolytes in teh first issue

Fabian Cortez was very unceremoniously killed by Magneto in Magneto: Dark Seduction limited series.

He was viciously killed.....Trown, magnetically, thrity some kilometers in a few seconds and slammed into the ground.....He was a favorite character of mine....bu man what a Death.


Also on the subjeck of Acolytes...the greatest Acolyte of them all returned in last weeks Cable & Deadpool..
